Executive Director:
Mrs. Jhale Hajiyeva,

Mrs. Jhale Hajiyeva an Executive Director of Azerbaijan Micro-finance Association (AMFA), public association, dedicated to strengthen the capacity of micro-finance institutions and to promote effective collective action in advancing the interests of the micro-finance community and its clients. Mrs. Hajiyeva started to work in the field of microfinance since 1999, in the areas of project design, network development, and project implementation. She is a publisher of the quarterly Azerbaijan microfinance sector portfolio statistics, organizer of country level Conferences on microfinance, policy dialogues, actively promoting financial transparency within country level market and best practices in microfinance. She brings microfinance experience from microfinance programme of International Organization for Migration and UNDP. Mrs. Hajiyeva is an author of the first Azerbaijan Benchmarking Report 2004 published at the MIX Market. Mrs. Hajiyeva has got 2 International and one National Award for substantial contribution made towards sustainable development of the network and accomplishments made in service delivery. Effective May 2008, she is a Board Member of the MFC for CEE and NIS.

Chief Accountant/Financial Manager:
Ms. Nigar Pirmammadova,

Ms. Nigar Pirmammadova is working for Azerbaijan Micro-Finance Association (AMFA) in capacity of Finance Manager/Chief Accountant and responsible for preparation of internal and external financial reports for statutory authorities, donors, strategic partners and board members. While working with AMFA Nigar Pirmammadova participated at the following training programs: ?Performance Monitoring and Benchmarking Analysis' leaded by Mix Market, "Microsoft Access" by ATI, "Tools and Techniques for Effective Financial Risk Management" by Global Banyan and "Financial Analysis" by Zulfiyya Jafarova, Finance Expert and "FRAME Tool" organized by the SEEP Network. 
In addition, to her primary responsibilities Ms. Pirmammadova is leading the preparation of the annual Benchmarking study reports, producing quarterly country level Microfinance Statistical reports, producing annual Compensation Survey reports. Ms. Pirmammadova represents the top management of AMFA at the International conferences organized by MFC for CEE and NIS and SEEP Network and actively contributing towards internal capacity building of AMFA junior staff.

Network Coordinator:
Mrs. Vusala Garayeva,

Mrs. Vusala Garayeva worked for American Humanitarian Organization UMCOR (2001-2005) and conducted survey in Ganja - Gazakh region under USAID funded program "Demographic Health Survey". She has more than 10 years experience. She has been participating in the implementation of different projects.
Currently Mrs. Garayeva has started her activity in AMFA as an Office Manager/Conference Manager. She organized 4th Azerbaijan Micro-finance Conference. In 2009 she was promoted to Network Coordinator position.

Program Assistant:
Ms. Sevda Huseynova,

Sevda Huseynova is the program Assistant in AMFA. Her responsibilities are within 4 major areas: - Promotion, marketing and awareness raising & organizing trainings on CIPA/CAP (Certified Accountant Practitioner) program that is designed for financial managers, accountants, auditors. - Producing monthly E-Newsletter of the Association, including writing articles, success stories about MFIs clients etc. Highlight significant developments happening within Association and its member organizations, share best practice in microfinance, raise awareness about capacity building opportunities and lessons learnt of advanced members in the field of financial services delivery. - Junior Team member of the Social Audit Unit within AMFA responsible for promotion of Social Performance Management and Social Audit in Azerbaijan. - Junior Team member under Microfinance Research Unit within AMFA and assisting in organizing field focus groups during MF Impact assessment & Social Indicators surveys.

Administrative Assisstant:
Ms. Zinet Mammadova, administration@amfa.az
Zinet Mammadova started her activity at Azerbaijan Micro-Finance Association (AMFA) as a volunteer. She provided great support to AMFA Conference Manager in organization of the 4th Micro-finance conference.
In January, 2009 Ms. Mammadova was hired as an Administrative Assistant by Association and is providing administrative assistance and logistic support to AMFA Staff in implementation of Projects and events.
