Kamran Abdullayev graduated from the University of East Anglia,  School of Development Studies and have more than 14 years experience .Currently, he manages microcredit operations of six branches in the Central of Azerbaijan as operational manager and at the same time he is appointed Country Director in charge

His experience is 11 years within AzerCredit, in various managerial positions; Currently he is Deputy Chairman of the Board. Jalal S. Aliyev - Chairman of Executive Board of Finance for Development LLC non banking credit organization, founded by Oxfam GB. He has 11 years experience in the public sector working with local and international organizations with social missions. Over the past 4 years, Mr. Aliyev has been working with Finance for Development as Chairman of Executive Board. Prior to that, during years 2001 and 2002, he was a CEO of Oxfam GB Microcredit project which successfully transformed to local non-banking credit institution in 2003. Jalal has very much been the driving force behind the Finance for Development?s success to date. In his career he was co-chairmen and chairman of Azerbaijan Microfinance Association in years 2004 and 2005. He graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic University, Faculty: International economy; Years: 1991-1996 Diploma (relevant to master degree), 1996 - 1999 Postgraduate study (Aspirantura)

Agrar Credit, Mr. Suleyman Kalashov - aqrarkredit@aqrarkredit.az
Has been a member of AMFA’s supervisory board since 2006. He is head of strategic planning, marketing and international relations and a member of the management board at Aqrarkredit JSCO, where he has successfully managed since 2004.  He began his activity in the microfinance sector in 1996, as a Deputy Manager of the economic department, Head of the Agrarian Reforms Section in the former Agro-Industrial Bank and has been Head of lending section since 2004.  Mr. Kalashov holds a master degree in finance and statistics from the Azerbaijan State Economic University.

Rufat Ismayilov has worked in AccessBank CJSC and Azercredit (WV) and has over 10 years experience in the microfinance field.
